  Very poor experience with this management. When we first moved it, the realtor rushed us into the home (wonderful really) but after that when he said he would help give us a gate code and we never got a working gate code to get into our community. We were given multiple different codes before a neighbor finally gave us one that works. Although we can never get into the community between the hours of lunch. Trying to get into touch with maintenance is a living nightmare. We were without warm water for nearly 5 days before we finally got someone in to fix it. And we have been having issues with the washer and dryer and they said they would contact us and we heard nothing from them and when we call to complain or ask for help they have no idea what we are talking about. Poor mangement of the property and I will never rent or recommend anyone to rent properties through them.

  TLDR; Been doing business for 5 years. It's a good company, with good people.
  
  I think my first experience working with Kevin and the rest of the Blue Olive staff was back in 2012 when I received notice that I would be PCSing from Colorado. I found the company's information and left a message that I was interested in renting my property and having them manage it while I was away. Being military, we are often wary of the property management companies around installations. To my surprise, Kevin gave me a call latter that day, and was able to work around my schedule to meet with me and my wife later in the evening to go over everything.
  
  We've had some issues with tenants over the years, with them doing a fair amount of damage to the property (I wouldn't be surprised if the 1-stars are from some of those). But the team has done well maintaining the property, has notified us when things need to be taken care of, and makes sure that the party responsible for the damage is held responsible for it.
  
  So if you want a company that's responsible, dependable, and willing to put the work in give them a call.
